Yoga Enthusiast

As an ICF credentialed Professional Coach, I have been working with leaders at different levels of the organisational hierarchy and high-potential employees in performance driven work environments since 2014. As a practitioner of mindfulness, yoga and meditation techniques, it helps me to bring a calming presence to the coaching conversation, blended with empathy and structure. This helps to provide my coachees a safe and open space to introspect and explore outside their comfort zones, to discover their deeper selves, and unfold their hidden talents and resourcefulness. I facilitate my coachees to align their learning with their high-level goals and forward-moving actions to elevate their performance and purpose.

Coaching Philosophy

Some areas I specialise in are related to leadership development, building one’s mindfulness, resilience and EQ in the corporate environment, developing individual & team trust and building leadership coaching skills. I’ve built a strength in motivating, empowering and challenging my clients. I believe in bringing the best out of every individual, for sustainable transformation. One of my visions is to provide my clients with validated and practical tools, to facilitate measurable transformations, as leaders and team members.

Work Experience

As a project manager in the IT sector, prior to my coaching career, this has helped me to gain the capability to fully understand the complexities of technical processes, management of teams, budgets, project time-lines and working directly with clients in a variety of industries. Have the knowledge of corporate culture, relationship dynamics and understanding systems. I’m an American, hold a USA university degree, and my career spans the USA, various countries in Europe and Asia. With my global perspective and experience, this gives me the ability to understand the dynamics and needs of a multicultural environment.
